FORT STEVENS, WINTER

For just a few days during the rainy months, the sky clears and the sun shines bright. Everyone emerges from their homes, hoping for a breath of fresh air, a kiss of sun of their faces, and a breeze that just warm enough to plant hope for Spring. These are the days I like to venture to the beach during the winter.
